The Secretary General of the Institute participated in the conference held by CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the University of Sciences Po.

The academic initiative was attended by names such as the former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina Susana Malcorra, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain Josep Piqué, the former Minister of Social Communication of Brazil Franklin Martins, the former President of the French Senate and Special Envoy of President François Hollande for Latin America Jean-Pierre Bel and the Director of Latin America, of the Directorate-General for Cooperation and Development, of the European Commission Jolita Butkeviciene.

The debate was dedicated to relations between the European Union and Latin America in the face of the crisis of multilateralism and took place on November 15th, at the University of Sciences Po, in Paris.
