On an official visit to Latin America, IPDAL’s President held a series of high-level meetings in Montevideo. In addition to the Vice-President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, Paulo Neves met former President Luis Alberto Lacalle, several Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and took part in a conference organized by Forum 2000.

In Buenos Aires, IPDAL held meetings with Francisco Santibañes, President of the Argentine Council for International Relations, the main Argentine think tank dedicated to the study of International Relations, and with the Portuguese Ambassador to the Argentine Republic, Frederico Ludovice.
