The President of IPDAL held a conference at the National University of Lanús, in the capital of Argentina.

It was a co-organization with the Fundação Diálogos Estratégicos, based in Buenos Aires. Several dozen students, teachers and academics were present in the University’s main auditorium. The theme of the conference was the “Strategic Triangle Latin America-Europe-Africa”.

Paulo Neves, President of IPDAL, was the speaker at the Conference that took place on April 27th. This was IPDAL’s first initiative outside Portugal.

For the President of the Institute “this is a historic moment in the life of IPDAL as it fulfilled one point of the Strategic Plan for 2015: carrying out initiatives outside of Portugal. One in Latin America, another in Africa and another in Madrid.”
