The memorandum of understanding between IPDAL and CE-CPLP was signed on 4 July.

The agreement aims to strengthen and make viable a strategic triangle between Portugal, Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean. The parties have committed to sharing information and experiences, as well as organising joint activities to promote commercial and business relations between the three continents. This memorandum represents a significant step towards strengthening multilateral relations and promoting economic and commercial development in the regions involved.
