At the invitation of the Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute (IPCB), IPDAL organized a visit by Latin American ambassadors to the city of Castelo Branco.

On November 18, 2014, Latin American diplomats attended a presentation of the IPCB’s technological and academic capabilities. Next, a visit was made to the main spaces of the Polytechnic.

The delegation led by IPDAL was received by the Mayor of Castelo Branco, in the Town Hall, and had the opportunity to meet other mayors in the region, during lunch.

In the afternoon, a Business Forum took place in the main auditorium of the IPCB, where practically 100 companies from the region gathered. Caixa Geral de Depósitos joined this initiative to support the internationalization of the Portuguese business sector.
