IPDAL brings together governments of Portugal and Spain

IV Ibero-American Meeting in Cascais brought together large companies with the Minister of Economy and Secretary of State for Global Spain.

IPDAL – with the support of BBVA, Sacyr-Somague, Cuatrecasas, Cascais City Council and SDM – once again brought together some of the largest companies in Portugal and Spain, to define an agenda of common interests.

The initiative, which took place on 25 November 2019, had the special participation of the former Minister of Finance of Portugal, Jorge Braga de Macedo, the former Minister of Public Works of Portugal, António Mendonça, and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Peru , José Antonio García Belaunde – CAF representative for Europe, among several other speakers.

IPDAL presented a report on economic relations between Portugal and Spain, with the most current figures on bilateral trade.

The IV Ibero-American Meeting in Cascais consisted of a working lunch, whose main guest was the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition – and number two of the Government of Portugal – Pedro Siza Vieira, and a debate session throughout the afternoon, concluded by the Secretary of State for “España Global”, Irene Lozano.
