IPDAL participated in the Central American Independence Day celebrations at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

On September 15th, the Secretary General of IPDAL attended the protocol ceremony and participated in the remaining celebrations that served to celebrate the independence of the Union, which gave rise to the States of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.

Filipe Domingues took advantage of his trip to the French capital to have a working lunch with the Ambassador (non-resident) of Nicaragua in Portugal, Ruth Tapia, and prepare the organization of Nicaragua Day in Portugal.
