The President of IPDAL gave a Conference at the University of Alcalá, in Madrid, on January 21st.

The theme of the Conference was “Europe/Latin America Relations: after the economic crisis”. The director of CAF, Maria Lahore, and the Director of the Spanish government for Latin America and the Caribbean participated in the same panel. The Conference was part of the Winter School organized by Sciences Po.
