The President of IPDAL participated in the Iberoamerican Business Summit of CEAL (Confederation of Latin American Entrepreneurs) which took place in Panama City on the 16th, 17th and 18th of October.
Paulo Neves participated in the Summit’s work and took the opportunity to hold meetings with the Presidents of the Republic of Paraguay, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. In addition to these meetings, he maintained contacts with the presidents of the Real Instituto Elcano, CEPAL, the Europe-Latin America Foundation, the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) and also with the General Secretary of SEGIB, Enrique Iglesias. The Business Summit served to discuss the best ways for Latin American companies to do business with each other. The largest Latin American companies, institutions and banks participated, totaling 200 participants, as well as several Heads of State and the Prince of Spain.
