The President of IPDAL was present at the official dinner offered by the President of the Government of Madeira to the Prime Minister of Cape Verde.

The dinner took place at Quinta Vigia, Residence of the President of the Government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, on the 16th of September.

Both Miguel Albuquerque and José Maria das Neves highlighted the role that Cape Verde and Madeira can play in the Atlantic Triangulation, between the American continent, Europe and Africa.
