The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Teresa Ribeiro, was the Guest of Honor at the reception for the Diplomatic Corps and Friends that marked another anniversary of IPDAL.
On the 26th of January, the ceremony that marked the Institute’s 11th anniversary honored, with the IPDAL-Vista Alegre Award, the Municipal Council of Cascais, in the person of its President, and the Iberoamerican Business Foundation .
In his thank you speech, the President of the municipality, Carlos Carreiras, highlighted the Municipality’s work in promoting the Atlantic and highlighted the importance of the increasingly strong relationship between the Ibero-American and African space.

At the Grémio Literário, Luís de Carlos, leader of the Iberoamerican Business Foundation , thanked the honor and reiterated the importance of cooperation between companies from Portugal and Spain in the construction of an Ibero-American space.
The anniversary also featured an intervention by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, who highlighted the importance of relations between Portugal and Latin America, highlighting the role of IPDAL at the center of this dynamic.
The reception offered to the Diplomatic Corps was attended by ambassadors and diplomats from Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, the new Executive Secretary of the CPLP, deputies to the Assembly of the Republic, senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, businesspeople, academics, journalists and Friends of the Institute.
IPDAL also expresses special thanks to Bacalhôa Wines of Portugal and the Happy view .
