The Secretary General of the Ibero-American Summit, Enrique Iglésias, will be in Portugal in October at the invitation of IPDAL and the Autonomous University.

Enrique Iglésias will participate in a Seminar on regional integration in Latin America. Academics, politicians, ambassadors and representatives from various Latin American regional institutions will participate. At the end of November, the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government will take place in Estoril.
