Before the closure of the Ecuadorian Embassy in Portugal, the Chargé d’Affaires sent a note of thanks and praise to IPDAL.

In the document, the diplomat in charge of heading the Ecuadorian mission in Lisbon, from November 2011 to April 2014, expresses “the greatest recognition for the friendship and cooperation” promoted by IPDAL with the Embassy.

Erick Medina considered that “IPDAL’s contribution to better understanding and rapprochement between Ecuador and Portugal deserves to be replicated by other bodies”, guaranteeing that the “dynamism and commitment demonstrated are exemplary”.
