On 7 October 2024, Dr Paulo Neves, President of IPDAL, took part in a ceremony in Miami to honour President Sebastián Piñera (1949-2024). The ceremony was attended by President Piñera’s wife.

Dr Paulo Neves has had the privilege of meeting Sebastián Piñera on several occasions, as witnessed by the photograph taken in 2023 in Santiago de Chile. He also shares a common friendship with Pedro Pablo Diaz.
