Argentine Judge Dr. Sérgio Torres gave a conference in Lisbon on April 12th on the topic “Justice and Human Rights: the Argentine experience”. The conference took place at the University of Lisbon. Several Portuguese personalities and Latin American diplomats were present. IPDAL was represented by the President of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Board.
