During a working visit to Cuba, the President of IPDAL held working meetings with representatives of the Caribbean country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Paulo Neves was with the Director for Europe, Ambassador Ileana Nuñez Mordoche, and former Vice Minister of Economy and Representative of the country at the UN.

The President of IPDAL also met with the Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, Ambassador Eugenio Martínez.
