A round table entitled “Ukraine’s role in European security: current situation and prospects” was held in Lisbon.

The event was moderated by the Secretary General, Gastón Ocampo, and organised by the Ukrainian Embassy in Lisbon and the Historical Society of the Independence of Portugal. Participants included José Ribeiro e Castro, President of the Historical Society of the Independence of Portugal, Ana Isabel Xavier, Portuguese Secretary of State for National Defence, Oleksandr Balanutsa, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, and Maryna Mykhailenko, Ukrainian Ambassador to Portugal.
