As part of the Portugal–Latin America and Caribbean Dialogue Roundtable, the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL) carried out the official presentation of the Report from the 4th Foreign Policy and Strategic Thinking Meeting (EPEPE), held in Cascais.

The document was presented by the President of IPDAL, Dr Paulo Neves, to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Dr Ana Isabel Xavier, and brings together analyses and recommendations on transatlantic relations and the European Neighbourhood Policy.

The Report reflects the conclusions and contributions of a discussion that brought together public decision-makers, academics, and diplomatic representatives, reaffirming IPDAL’s role as a platform for strategic reflection and political dialogue, dedicated to strengthening cooperation between Portugal, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
