On October 25th, the President of IPDAL, Paulo Neves, and the former Secretary General and current Member of the Board, Filipe Domingues, were distinguished with the Order of Saint Charles, from Colombia, in the ranks of Commander and Officer, respectively.

This decoration, one of the most important in the country, aims to honor those who stood out in the field of international relations.
In their speeches, both Paulo Neves and Filipe Domingues highlighted the relevance of Colombia, the continued work that has been done with the various Ambassadors who have represented the country in Portugal and the importance of building bridges between Latin America and Europe, for a audience made up of Latin American Ambassadors in Portugal, friends and family.
