The Portuguese Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL) had the honor of receiving the new Ambassador of Panama to Portugal, His Excellency. Mr. Jose Javier Mulino Quintero, on a courtesy visit to our facilities. The main purpose of this visit was to allow the diplomat to present his priorities as a representative of his country and to deepen his knowledge of the work carried out by IPDAL in strengthening relations between Portugal and Latin America.
During the meeting, several opportunities for cooperation were discussed, with a special focus on identifying strategic partnerships and joint projects that could contribute to promoting Panama as an excellent tourist destination and an attractive market for foreign investment. The exchange of ideas between the parties reinforced the importance of institutional dialogue to foster initiatives that drive economic and cultural growth between the two countries.
IPDAL reaffirms its commitment to acting as a bridge between Portugal and Latin America, promoting actions that bring together different economic, political and cultural agents, and thanks Ambassador Jose Javier Mulino Quintero for his visit and interest in establishing future collaborations.
