
The Institute signed a protocol with the OIJ – International Youth Organization for Iberoamerica.
The President of IPDAL and the Secretary General of the OIJ signed the agreement in the presence of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, João Paulo Rebelo, and the President of Cascais City Council, Carlos Carrarreiras.

On March 2nd, Paulo Neves and Max Trejo committed to collaborating on initiatives that promote the challenges of young Ibero-Americans such as training, employment and entrepreneurship.
The International Youth Cooperation Alliance encompasses the Pact for Youth, approved at the XXV Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government. This Pact consists of 22 action points, agreed between the region’s governments, international organizations and civil society to promote integral development and the protection of young people’s rights.
