IPDAL attended the swearing-in of Miguel Rodrigues as Honorary Consul of Colombia in Porto. The ceremony took place at the Serralves Foundation on February 28th.

Present were the Colombian Ambassador Jose Fernando Bautista and the Mayor of Porto Rui Moreira.
