On the 11th and 12th of October, Casa de Santa Maria was the stage for the Foreign Policy and Strategic Thinking meeting, an IPDAL initiative with the support of Cascais city hall.
On the first day of the meeting, the main experts in the field gathered for a moderated debate on contemporary global issues. On the second and last day of the event, young people took the floor, presenting their perspectives regarding the action strategy for Brazilian Foreign Policy.
Among the topics covered were the war in the Middle East, geopolitics in cyberspace, the future of the European Union, the invasion of Ukraine, the Draghi report, cyber security issues and efforts towards peace in the Middle East.
