His Excellency Ambassador Miguel Ángel Prestol, who recently concluded his diplomatic mission in Portugal, made a point of bidding farewell to the Portuguese Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL). In a demonstration of appreciation and recognition, he expressed his gratitude for the work carried out by the Institute in promoting and strengthening bilateral relations between the Dominican Republic and Portugal. The Ambassador highlighted the importance of IPDAL’s collaboration in creating bridges between the two countries, emphasizing its fundamental role in diplomatic, economic and cultural rapprochement.
