The President of the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL), Paulo Neves, signed the Book of Condolences in tribute to the victims of the recent earthquake that struck the north-central region of Venezuela.

On behalf of IPDAL, Paulo Neves expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and conveyed the Institute’s solidarity with the Venezuelan people during this time of profound sorrow and grief. The President also wished those injured a swift recovery and acknowledged the commitment and dedication of the emergency teams and all professionals involved in the rescue operations.

At this particularly difficult moment for Venezuela, IPDAL reaffirms its solidarity with the Venezuelan people and joins the international community in mourning the victims, renewing its commitment to the values of peace, cooperation, and solidarity among nations.
