On the 4th of December, the Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies (APAVT) and the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL) hosted an elegant end-of-year dinner at the Zambeze Restaurant, located in the iconic EMEL Building in Lisbon.

The event, led by the Presidents of APAVT, Dr Pedro Costa Ferreira, and IPDAL, Dr Paulo Neves, was honoured by the presence of the diplomatic corps of Latin American and Caribbean countries accredited in Portugal.

The initiative aimed not only to celebrate the conclusion of another year of collaborative work but also to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Portuguese institutions and the diplomatic representations of the region’s countries. The evening was marked by moments of conviviality, the exchange of ideas, and the reinforcement of a spirit of collaboration that will continue to shape future partnerships in 2025.

Both IPDAL and APAVT reaffirm their commitment to promoting cooperation between Portugal and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, highlighting the importance of diplomatic dialogue and building bridges between diverse cultures.
