IPDAL and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s Office for Spain, Italy and Portugal held a high-level dialogue dedicated to analyzing the results of the legislative elections on March 10.

As part of its annual congress, the conversation brought together more than sixty people in Lisbon, including the Foundation’s main regional leaders as well as ambassadors and diplomats, journalists, business leaders and other stakeholders. Maria Castello Branco kicked off the proceedings with a brief contextualization of the national political scene in recent years, followed by a debate by young representatives of the main Portuguese parties: Miguel Costa Matos from the Socialist Party, Eva Brás Pinho from the Social Democratic Party and Ana Vasconcelos Martins from the Liberal Initiative.
