On an official visit to Madrid, the President of IPDAL, Dr. Paulo Neves, participated in the CAF conference dedicated to Europe – Latin America relations.

For the President of the Institute, “this is an excellent opportunity for us to insist on a common Development agenda”, adding that “IPDAL insists on this strategic relationship between the two regions.”

Dr. Paulo Neves took the opportunity to meet with CAF, represented by its President Sergio Díaz-Granados and Vice-President Christian Asinelli. IPDAL and CAF maintain a very close relationship.

In addition to the Development Bank of Latin America, he also met with Nadia Calviñp, Vice-President of the Government of Spain, and Adriana Mira, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador.
