The President of IPDAL participated in the “Atlantic Dialogues” conference, in the city of Marrakesh.

This is an annual initiative by the Policy Center for the New South, one of the most prestigious think tanks in Morocco and the Maghreb.

The initiative discussed the future of the African continent and relations between Africa and Latin America. At the same time, the President of IPDAL maintained several institutional contacts, namely with the former presidents of Argentina, Federico Ramón Puerta and the former President of Ecuador Jamil Mahuad.
