At the Institute’s IX Anniversary reception, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation referred to the growing importance of IPDAL in the relationship with Latin America. Luís Campos Ferreira was the guest of honor at the reception offered to the diplomatic corps, on the occasion of the IX Anniversary of the Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America.

At the Literary Grémio, on January 22nd, the IPDAL – Vista Alegre awards were presented to the Ambassador of Mexico in Portugal, Benito Andión, to the Ambassador of Portugal in Bogotá, João Ribeiro de Almeida, to the Argentine researcher from the Real Instituto Elcano, Carlos Malamud , and TAP Portugal.

At this ceremony, Ambassadors from countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela, Belgium, Switzerland, Bulgaria and several members of the diplomatic corps from Latin America, Europe and the Middle East were present. , Africa and Asia.
