The II International Conference With All and for the Good of All will take place in Havana, organized by UNESCO.
IPDAL joins the effort to publicize this initiative, which will take place between the 25th and 28th of January 2016, at the Convention Palace in the Cuban capital.
This event aims to encourage and systematize a plural debate of ideas among “people of good will” from all over the world, and to place José Martí’s thought, essentially ethical in all its expressions, at the service of dialogue for the construction of understandings around the need for policies aimed at objectives such as the eradication of poverty and social inclusion, the promotion of education and culture, balance in relations between societies and the affirmation of the ethical importance of the principle of unity.
The II Conference With All and for the Good of All will address the difficulties caused by the decaying globalizing modernization project, and the options for transforming and improving the world in various dimensions: cultural and moral, social, environmental, political and economic. The aim is, therefore, to contribute to the shaping of thought and action that allow us to face the diverse and complex problems of the 21st century.
