The Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America, the Funchal Commercial and Industrial Association and Caixa-Geral de Depósitos held the first business forum with Latin American ambassadors in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

The main sectors and entrepreneurs in Madeira were represented, in an initiative in which diplomatic representatives presented business opportunities in their respective countries.

Presentations were also made of the advantages and benefits offered by the autonomous region in attracting foreign investment and as a platform for entering the European market.

At the Business forum, a cooperation protocol was also signed between IPDAL and ACIF, which provides for the carrying out of business missions by IPDAL, for ACIF members.
