IPDAL was responsible for holding the last class of the Course “Diplomacy in Latin America”, a co-organization with the Political Observatory and the Casa da América Latina.

The invited Professor was the President of IPDAL himself, who spoke as a trainer and not as a director of the Institute.

At Grémio Literário, Paulo Neves addressed various topics related to International Relations Theory, Portuguese foreign policy, diplomatic history and carried out an analysis of the main themes of today’s international politics. A description was also made of the current political-economic situation in the various Latin American countries, including small and medium-sized countries.

At the end of the class, IPDAL offered a Port of Honor to students, teachers and co-organizers.
