On the 6th of July, the President of IPDAL participated in the Ceremony of placing a wreath at the statue of Simón Bolivar, on Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon.

The ceremony, organized by the Venezuelan Embassy in Portugal, served to celebrate the country’s National Day. Several diplomatic representatives and other Latin American institutions were present.
