The Secretary General of the Institute was invited to the farewell of Enrique García, President of CAF – Development Bank of Latin America.

Filipe Domingues participated in the ceremony that took place at Casa das Américas, in Madrid, and where the Ibero-American Secretary General, Rebeca Grynspan, her predecessor Enrique V. Iglesias, the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Ibero-America were also present. , the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain, Trinidad Jiménez, as well as other key actors in the Ibero-American world.

At the end of the initiative, the Secretary General of IPDAL was also invited to the private dinner offered by the Secretary General of SEGIB, in honor of Enrique García.
The following day, the Institute’s director held working meetings with several institutions based in Madrid, international, financial and business organizations.
