The President of IPDAL, Paulo Neves, met with the Spanish Secretary of State for International Cooperation and for Iberoamerica, Jesús Gracia Aldaz on July 11th at the Magdalena Palace.

Paulo Neves also participated in a lunch offered to this member of the Spanish Government. Jesús Gracia Aldaz was invited to participate in the 4th Meeting of the “Latin America-Europe-Africa Strategic Triangle” organized by IPDAL in Lisbon.
