The President of IPDAL had lunch in Madrid with the historic founder of the PSOE – Spanish Socialist Party.

The lunch, held on October 22, 2015, served to recall many historical episodes from the Iberian past and to analyze the current political situation in Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

Raul Morodo was Ambassador of Spain to Portugal, Ambassador of Spain to Venezuela, historical figure and founder of the PSOE. As a young man, he was Humberto Delgado’s lawyer.
