The President of IPDAL was a speaker at the closing panel of the Menéndez Pelayo Summer University, organized by the Iberoamericana Empresarial Foundation, and which took place at the Royal Palace of Magdalena in Santander, Spain.

In the same panel “Ibero-American Community and the European Union” participated the Spanish Secretary of State for the European Union, Inigo Méndez, the Vice-President of Banco Santander and Ignacio Salafranca, former member of the European Parliament, Jaime Folgueira, vice-president of Iberoamerican Business Foundation. The work was closed by the General Secretary of SEGIB, Rebeca Grynspan.
