The President of IPDAL was invited to be present at Funchal City Day. It was a Solemn Ceremony in the Town Hall, on the 21st of August.

This session celebrated the 502nd anniversary of the City of Funchal, the capital of Madeira Island.

Also present, in addition to the host who is the Mayor of Funchal – Miguel Albuquerque-, the President of the Government of Madeira – Alberto João Jardim, the Leader of the largest opposition party in the Assembly of the Republic – Pedro Passos Coelho-, the Vice -President of the Assembly of the Republic – Guilherme Silva- and the President of IPDAL – Paulo Neves.
