The President and Secretary General of the Institute had a working meeting with Dr. Gustavo Cobreiro and the Cuban Ambassador to Portugal, Johana Tablada.

The meeting, which took place on May 16, 2017, served to discuss the promotion of exchanges between Portugal and the University of Havana, taking advantage, on the one hand, of IPDAL’s knowledge in the academic, business and institutional spheres and, on the other , the University’s areas of specialty.

There was also talk of cooperation between the two countries in the area of Higher Education and Research, as well as specific training opportunities for foreign businesspeople interested in investing in Cuba.

IPDAL supported Dr. Gustavo Cobreiro’s trip to Portugal.
