The President of IPDAL met, in Lisbon, with the President of the Latin American Business Council (CEAL).

Paulo Neves and Samuel Cantoral decided to sign a Protocol of Understanding between the two institutions. The President of CEAL invited IPDAL to be present at the next summit of Latin American businesspeople that will take place in October in Panama City. CEAL brings together the main Latin American companies in the most diverse business areas. The meeting between CEAL and IPDAL took place on the 16th of July.
