The President and Secretary General of IPDAL paid tribute to the victims of the recent terrorist attacks in France.

The Institute’s leaders added their voices to those of the members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Portugal who went to the French Embassy to assure their solidarity with the French people.

The President and Secretary General of the Institute signed the book of condolences, expressing their dismay but also their support for the construction of a more stable, secure democratic society where all rights and freedoms are respected.
