The Secretary General of the Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America was a speaker at a conference on the theme “Latin America: The Atlantic and the Pacific”.

On June 28, 2013, Filipe Domingues gave a lecture on “The New Place of Latin America in the World”, in a series of conferences organized at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Also present at the table were the Consul of Argentina and the Political Counselor of the Embassy of Brazil.

The organization of these days was in charge of the Political Science and International Relations Student Center at UNL.
