The new Cuban Ambassador to Portugal, Eduardo Lerner, was received by the President of IPDAL (Institute for the Promotion and Development of Latin America).

The meeting took place on October 6th. At the meeting they spoke about the areas of connection between the Embassy and IPDAL.

The President of IPDAL recalled the excellent relations that have always been maintained with the Cuban Embassy in Lisbon. Relationships that will naturally be reinforced, according to both.
